Born from the frustration of confusing spreadsheets and generic rule-of-thumb advice, Sipulus uses a data-driven approach to estimate exactly how much beer, wine, and liquor you need for your specific guest list and drinker profile.
Our Story
After years of planning weddings and seeing couples stress over bar quantities—some running out during cocktail hour, others returning cases of unopened bottles—I knew there had to be a better way.
The standard "1 drink per person per hour" rule that every website repeats? It's wrong. It doesn't account for the cocktail hour surge, regional preferences, or the fact that your cousin's friends drink differently than your grandparents.
Sipulus was built to fix that. We combined real-world event data with consumption patterns to create a calculator that actually works.
